On Point serves as a general contractor that delivers ground up construction projects throughout Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and surrounding states. We also have a construction team available to serve the Chicago area.
Our projects have ranged from $200,000-$5,000,000 and varied from small spaces to as large as 15,000 in square footage, across 10 sectors. We work on residential, commercial, and public sector projects.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION
On Point leads historical renovation projects to make your existing space reflect the purpose, character and details that matter most. We believe in the power of reviving historic spaces while respecting its original character.
DESIGN-BUILD
On Point provides design-build services for both residential and commercial projects. We are also happy to provide assistance regarding budgeting and feasibility in concept phases. We ensure our clients have a seamless process from planning to execution to completion.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience with On Point during our recent restoration in downtown Kearney. Kevin and his team were super collaborative, always accessible and professional in every way. We’ve been through two historic remodels at The World Theatre in Kearney as well as a 1940s home renovation in Los Angeles, and we know these old properties are filled with surprises and can get expensive fast. That said, this renovation was a breeze. The guys are great at improvising. They didn’t clobber us with change orders. We genuinely felt like the team not only understood our passion for the project, but respected the history of the building and found smart, economic solves.
